Elders Director

Elders at The Sanctuary Christian Center must have at least one year of faith experience and be respected by believers and non-believers. They lead by example, preach, nurture, teach sound doctrine, and conduct ceremonies with the necessary licensing. They are always willing to guide the congregation toward spiritual growth and maintain order and harmony within the church.

Women’s Ministry Leader: Women of Prayer, Praise and Power Director (WOP3)

The Women's Ministry at The Sanctuary Christian Center, known as Women of Prayer, Praise, and Power, is a platform that empowers women to harness their spiritual gifts for discernment, prayer, worship, and fulfilling God's calling. The ministry offers vibrant fellowship and worship avenues, extending a warm invitation to all women to worship Jesus Christ.

Media Director

The Media Department has four distinct areas and numerous sublevel areas. These include Sound, Video, Broadcast, and Cameras.

Pastoral Care Ministry Director

The Pastoral Care Ministry at The Sanctuary supports the Senior Pastor by providing loving ministry to the church community. Care Pastors and trained ministers offer Agape Love through acceptance, communication, and fellowship to all attendees. The ministry focuses on holistic care, praying with callers, and acting as liaisons to the Pastor.

Event Coordinator

Event planning is about details, vision, organization, and the means to coordinate events under the auspices of the Pastor and Ministry leaders.

Church Financial Administrator

Responsibilities include managing the budget, handling donations, recording transactions, preparing reports, ensuring financial compliance, and overseeing payroll and accounts.

Life Class teachers at The Sanctuary play a crucial role in disciple-making through effective teaching. They develop sound teaching philosophies, understand the learning process, and create engaging lessons that make a difference. Teachers foster a participatory learning environment and attend annual training to enhance their skills.
